**MUST Live w/in 15 min Drive (to Chestnut Hill, MA)**

Dynamic Residential Real Estate sales team seeks enthusiastic, internally driven, committed professionals to join one of the Boston area’s most prolific teams! The Gillach Group is recognized as a top-producing team closing over 70 sides a year, ~ $100Million in sales annually. Currently hiring both experienced (“Team Agents”) and minimally experienced agents (“Field Agents”). Compensation is flexibly structured – either 100% commission (industry standard)OR guaranteed income + bonus. The latter works particularly well for those w/ little real estate sales experience but a passion for the business and a need some financial security while learning. We call these “Field Agents” - think highly paid internship.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Absolute Must # 1: Currently live w/in 15 min. drive of Chestnut Hill, MA. This job cannot be done if you live further out. Preference given to candidates in Chestnut Hill, Brookline, Newton, Needham, Wellesley.
• Absolute Must # 2: Be able to work a flexible schedule - especially during busy seasons. Nights and weekends are a norm in real estate.
• Absolute Must # 3: Hold a current MA real estate license
• Presentable, reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license and insurance coverage
• Bachelor’s degree or greater preferred
• History of success in sales, marketing, real estate, or related field
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering a very high level of service
• Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
• Advanced problem-solving skills
• Technologically proficient, ability to learn new systems easily.
• High proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, Apple iPhone, Online real estate sites like MLS, Zillow, [please apply online] fear of phone. Can text/email/phone with equal ease

FIELD AGENT - Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Fully support/execute the team leader’s sales and rentals transactions
• Work with Transaction Coordinator and follow through on all details of a transaction needed to ensure a closed sale
• Coordinate transaction activities among clients, agents, attorneys, appraisers, lenders, inspectors.
• Independently schedule, manage, and give detailed feedback on client interactions and appointments (eg showing of our listings, buyers tours, inspections, walk-throughs)
• Prepare homes for listing eg. arrange signage, home prep, install signage, obtain keys, install lockboxes
• Obtain, analyze, summarize property information eg of financials, condo documents, property management information
• Prep contracts and obtain signatures, deliver checks
• Trouble shoot daily problems that arise with clients, colleagues, vendors
• Ensure all appts are covered (we all cover for one another as needed!)
• Prep and host OHs, enter data into CRM, follow-up on leads
• Work collaboratively with all team members in support of the team goals
• Communicate fully with team members and leader via text, calendar, email, CRM, cell phone etc

TEAM AGENT - Major Duties and Responsibilities

Mostly the same as traditional realtors. That is, same to Field Agent description above except Team Agents:

· Work independently on their own sales as well as having the opportunity to co-list and co-represent buyers with Team Leader or other agents on team

· Co-works deals Team Leader brings them in on (generally 4-7/yr)

· Are ultimately responsible for generating their own leads, but get referals and tremendous lead generation opportunities through GG marketing, OH’s, SOI and get coaching to home skills in lead generation

· Work collaboratively across deals, on team projects etc

Job Type: Full-time, 1099 Status

Total Comp:

Team Agent: 100% Commission + guaranteed co-representing deals

Field Agent: Estimated $60,000 - 90,000 in Year 1 (includes base monthly draw +

bonus + commission sales in summer)
